Whistleblowers & Witnesses

Can you Help?

If you have been following what has been happening, you would have seen that after years of denial slowly the truth is starting to emerge.  Year after year Post Office has issued numerous statements about how secure the system was and how a Subpostmasters balance could not be affected remotely.  Yet in Court, it was stated in a Post Office document that:-
Transactions which make up the branch accounts are generally generated in branch. There are, however, four ways in which Post Office, or Fujitsu on Post Office instruction, can influence those accounts.”
So the truth is out there, and much more will be revealed as the case progresses and as we build upon the witness statements we already have from Subpostmasters and others, both ex and serving, and from those who worked with the system at Fujitsu or Post Office and who realize the injustice that has been inflicted on so many.

If you have first-hand experience or knowledge of what really was going on, that so many are desperate to hidden, there are a lot of victims of this system that would really appreciate your help.  Any calls will be treated as confidential and you can either call the JFSA on 0777 853 6886 or speak with Freeths on 0800 304 7727
